Ingredients

330 ml water, luke warm
1 tbsp. sugar
5 g molassis
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
30 g wheat bran
30 g Malto-o-Meal (or whole wheat flour)
30 g gluten
430 g unbleached white flour
3/4 tsp. active dry baker's yeast

Instructions

  1. Run "whole wheat, light crust" cycle on bread machine.
