Frozen Yogurt

Strawberry 4 Qt. of frozen dessert = 8 c. plain yogurt; 3 c. frozen sliced strawberries in their syrup, thawed; 1 1/2 c. sugar; 2 c. whipping cream Blueberry 4 Qt. of frozen dessert = 5 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed; 5 c. plain yogurt; 2 c. half and half; 2 c. sugar. Banana 4 Qt. of frozen dessert = 8 c. vanilla yogurt; 2 c. sugar; 1/4 t. salt; 2 c. whipping cream; 2 t. vanilla extract; 2 c. ripe mashed bananas. (this one sounds wonderful, but Mark is not a big banana person...some day I will have to try it)

Ingredients

8 cups plain yogurt
3 cups frozen sliced strawberries in their syrup, thawed
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Cover and refrigerate all ingredients mixed for 30 min. prior to placing in your ice cream/ yogurt freezer.
