Crunchy Shell Tacos

1 medium tomatoes (about 12 oz. total), diced
1/2 medium onion, cooked
15 oz. canned black beans, optional
1 cups cheddar cheese
taco shells
1 cups veggie ground round, heated
2 cups lettuce, shredded


  1. Heat taco shells in oven for a few minutes.
  2. Prepare all other ingredients ready at hand, and serve in small bowls so people can assemble and eat the tacos themselves.
