Ingredients

Wet ingredients
1 1/2 cups water
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. granola oil
1 tbsp. molasses
Dry ingredients
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. dry milk powder
1 1/2 tbsp. gluten
495 g whole wheat flour (3 3/4 c)
Yeast
3 tsp. active dry baker's yeast

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in the order suggested by our bread machine manual.
  2. Process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.
  3. Let the loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
