Thai Basil Tofu

Ingredients

6 oz. Tofu, sliced
2 cups Harvest hodgepodge vegetable mix
Sauce
1 tbsp. tamari
1 tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. olive oil or sesame oil
1 tsp. ginger
bunch Thai Basil to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté veggies in oil, until crisp. Add tofu and sauté.
  2. Add sauce and toss.
  3. Toss in basil and it's done when the basil wilts.
  4. Serve over rice or Thai noodles.
