IJstaart (Dutch icecream cake)

Ingredients

2 tbsp. freeze dried coffee
2 bags mokkaschuimpjes
200 - 250 ml heavy whipping cream
1 bag top-top (to keep the whipcream stiff)

Instructions

  1. Een 24 cm springvorm bekleden met bakpapier en met boter insmeren.
  2. Beat the klop-klop and whipcream.
  3. Cover the bottom with the first bag of "schuimpjes".
  4. Spoon together the whipcream, top-top, freeze dried coffee and the 2nd bag of "schuimpjes"
  5. Spread this mix over the "schuimpjes" in the tin. Place in freezer until stiff, about 2 hours.
