Rabarber (Dutch rhubarb)

Ingredients

1 kg rhubarb, skins removed and washed
 sugar
 cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place the rhubarb in a large pot with a bottom of water. Bring the water to a boil. Steam the rhubarb on low until it gets soft, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add a little sugar and cinnamon.
