|1/4 cups||feta cheese|
- Put the spinach in a pan, and cover. Heat on low-medium until the spinach wilts, about 5 minutes.
- Mix the eggs with the milk and salt and pepper to taste.
- Spray omelet pan with cooking spray, and heat a drop of water will bounce on it. Pour the mixture in the pan. Using a fork move the edges inward, move the pan to let the mixture cover to the outside. Cook mixture until it sets (before it is done).
- On one half of the omelet: place spinach, feta cheese and remaining ingredients. Fold the other half over it. Let cook for two minutes. Turn it over, for 30 seconds. Serve to your husband.
