Quick & Easy Homemade Gluten
|2 cups||gluten flour|
|1 cups||cool water or seasoned stock powder|
|1 cups||plain soymilk|
- Place flour in large bowl. Add all of the liquid at once. Mix immediately and vigorously w/ a fork to form dough. When dough.becomes thick and stiff, knead it with your hands 10-15 times.
- Let the dough rest 2-5 minutes, then knead a few more times. Allow.gluten to rest about 15 minutes..At this point gluten can be cooked, refrigerated, or frozen.
