Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

English cucumber
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dried dill
to taste salt
to taste black pepper
eggs, hard boiled (20 minutes)
tomatoes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber thinly. Squeeze out the majority of the water. Mix in the mustard, rice vinegar, mayonnaise and dill.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Decorate with an alternation of sliced egg and tomato.
