Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. avocados, (firm-ripe to ripe)
1/2 cups salsa verde
4 tbsp. lemon juice
to taste salt
to taste black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Peel and pit avocados. Coarsely mash with a fork or beat with a mixer.
  2. Add salsa, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
