Roasted Potatoes with Garlic and Rosemary

Ingredients

1 lb. small red potatoes, cut in half
10 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. rosemary
to taste salt
to taste black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Place the potatoes in a medium size-roasting pan.
  2. Add the other ingredients & toss.
  3. Roast until browned and tender, about 30-40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
