Roasted Potatoes with Garlic and Rosemary
Crispy, beautifully crusted seasoned potatoes.

|1 lb. ||small red potatoes, cut in half|
|10 cloves ||garlic|
|3 tbsp. ||olive oil|
|1 tsp. ||rosemary|
|to taste ||salt|
|to taste ||black pepper, freshly ground|
- Place the potatoes in a medium size-roasting pan.
- Add the other ingredients & toss.
- Roast until browned and tender, about 30-40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
