Fusilli with Broccoli and Garlic
Another twist on a favorite.
|4 cups ||broccoli florets|
|6 cloves ||garlic, thinly sliced|
|1/3 cups ||olive oil|
|to taste ||salt, to taste|
|to taste ||black pepper, to taste|
- Sauté garlic in olive oil until it just begins to brown. Do not allow garlic to brown. At the first sight of browning the garlic is finished.
- Add broccoli and toss to coat, then add this mixture to the hot, drained pasta and toss to mix completely.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
