Fusilli with Broccoli and Garlic

Another twist on a favorite.

Ingredients

4 cups broccoli florets
6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1/3 cups olive oil
to taste salt, to taste
to taste black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic in olive oil until it just begins to brown. Do not allow garlic to brown. At the first sight of browning the garlic is finished.
  2. Add broccoli and toss to coat, then add this mixture to the hot, drained pasta and toss to mix completely.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
