Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

eggs, hard cooked
2 tbsp. low-fat yogurt, plain (or mayonnaise, sour cream)
3/4 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. lemon juice, herb or seasoning blend
1/4 tsp. salt, optional
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and set whites aside. Mash yolks with fork.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
  3. Refill whites, using about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg half.
  4. Chill to blend flavors.
