Ginger Sesame Marinade

|Yield:||1 1/4 cups|
|1/2 cups||rice vinegar|
|1 tbsp.||sesame oil|
|1 cloves||garlic, minced|
|1 tbsp.||fresh ginger, minced|
|1/3 cups||pineapple juice|
- In a large, shallow glass bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well blended.
- Add vegetables or other foods to be marinated, turning to coat.
- If preparing ahead, store in airtight container in refrigerator up to two days. Stir well before using.
