Ginger Sesame Marinade

Ingredients

1/2 cups rice vinegar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 cups honey
1 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
1/3 cups pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. In a large, shallow glass bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well blended.
  2. Add vegetables or other foods to be marinated, turning to coat.
  3. If preparing ahead, store in airtight container in refrigerator up to two days. Stir well before using.
