Ingredients

350 ml water, luke warm
3 tbsp. sugar
10 g molasses
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
30 g wheat bran
30 g Malto-o-Meal , (or whole wheat flour)
30 g gluten flour
430 g unbleached white flour
3 1/2 tsp. active dry baker's yeast

Instructions

  1. Run "80 min express bread" cycle on bread machine.
