Olive Country Bread
Use Moroccan or other good-quality black olives

|2 tbsp. ||olive oil|
|2 tsp. ||sugar|
|1 tsp. ||salt|
|3 tbsp. ||dried rosemary|
|1 1/2 cups ||whole wheat flour|
|1 1/2 cups ||unbleached white flour|
|1 1/2 tsp. ||active dry baker's yeast|
|2/3 cups ||olives, pitted|
- Bake according to bread machine's instruction.
- Add olives five minutes before the final kneading is finished.
