Olive Country Bread

Use Moroccan or other good-quality black olives

Ingredients

1 cups water`
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. dried rosemary
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups unbleached white flour
1 1/2 tsp. active dry baker's yeast
2/3 cups olives, pitted

Instructions

  1. Bake according to bread machine's instruction.
  2. Add olives five minutes before the final kneading is finished.
