Dark Chocolate Pudding

Most of the fast has been removed, but everything you want is still there. It's thick, creamy and satisfying.

3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Dutch cocoa powder
2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract


  1. In a saucepan, thoroughly combined the corn starch, sugar and cocoa.
  2. Add the milk and stir until very smooth.
  3. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until the pudding comes to a boil.
  4. Then, lower the heat and gently simmer.
  5. Stirring continuously, for 3 or 4 minutes.
  6. Stir in the vanilla; pour the hot pudding into one large or individual serving dishes.
  7. Serve warm or chill until cold before serving.
