Ingredients

1/4 cups green onions, chopped
1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped (or basil)
2 tbsp. garlic, minced
2 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp. lemon peel, freshly grated (or lime peel)
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 pieces fresh red chilies, minced (or green chilies)
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, (or lime juice)
1 tbsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the curry paste ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until quite smooth.
