Make Thai Curry Paste to you own liking.
|1/4 cups ||green onions, chopped|
|1/4 cups ||fresh cilantro, chopped (or basil)|
|2 tbsp. ||garlic, minced|
|2 tbsp. ||fresh ginger, grated|
|1 tbsp. ||lemon peel, freshly grated (or lime peel)|
|1 tbsp. ||brown sugar|
|2 pieces ||fresh red chilies, minced (or green chilies)|
|3 tbsp. ||fresh lemon juice, (or lime juice)|
|1 tbsp. ||ground coriander|
|1 tsp. ||turmeric|
|1/2 tsp. ||salt|
- Combine all of the curry paste ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until quite smooth.
